yet another 7 3 7 800 series aircraft

well, I have booked flight #15 and #16 for this year.

and after already 14 flights this year, wherby 10 of them had been with this irish company whose revenue is dropping to zero...

anyway, most of them had been with 737-800 ... and I#m quite sick of "Welcome on board of this boing 7 3 7 800 series aircraft"

But the next time I ll be on board of this type the flight will last nearly 3 hours, PEK-KWE, and I guess I wont understand that much of the talking.

I'll leave Germany, for another 6 month at the 16th of August 2008, at 1815 UTC, departing FRA

Well no my time abroad is over. Well at least the part in Europe.
But anyway... it was nice here, I liked it here, and I ll miss it... but I also have to move on, and sure damn I will.

The last days here were quite unspectacular.....

Today I closed my bank account and picked up Miss Ye and mine transcripts. Hereby I was proven right that you always should double check. But I also was shown that things in England are sorted out more easily.

I have almost finished packing and it looks good.
Today Alina will cooke a farewell dinner, whereas I had cooked sth the other day.

Tmr I face over 9h travel, but it will be nice though. I hopefully will be in papa ecco at 6pm+-sth.

Looking forward though to 3.5 weeks homeland.

Hallo, wie einige sicherlich wissen komme ich am 24ten zurück aus England (endgültig). Und da soll es natürlich eine Wiedersehensfeier geben, aber dies wird wiederum auch gleich eine Abschiedsfeier sein.
Denn nach 9 Monaten UK und einem Monat Europa folgen nun 6 Monate in der Volksrepublik China. Am 25ten August werde ich in Hangzhou bei Bosch Power Tools (China) Co., Ltd. mein Praktikum beginnen.

Riga-Tallinn-Helsinki-Berlin-(Nottingham)

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I#m back in Notts.... last time (for longer)

but here short versin of my memory....
actually my mind is kind of exploding of all these expressions i got starting 7th june and all the places i have been and all the people i met.....
it feels like half a year....

RIGA great city great hostel..... nice there..... GO THERE!!!!!!

Tallinn.... (ok I was pretty much pissed of after the long bus trip.... hostel was crap)
the city has Old Town (UNESCO world heritage...), but besides that it is not as nice as Riga... and it is quite expensive...... and tourist crowded (world heritage, close to helsinki, for finish still cheap there, and its port is frequently full with cruies ships..... DONT go there

coz of this I decidd to do a daytrip to Helsinki, was quite nice there. Thoug the weather wasnt the best... I was a bit clueless going around.... and my 2nd cup of coffe at yellos M wasnt as good as the first one..... but it was a god decision...

Berlin. Berlin? How come? why was janny in Berlin????
Well coz I had 2 fcukn flight yesterday..... tll-sxf with the orange one...and sxf-ema with the irish one... and in the end the flight was on time...first place in passport controll so i got the R5!!!!!!
Anyway I had 5h time in Berlin.... so I looked a bit around.


Thats my story....and now I have 8 days to terminate everything here.

Riga

I am in Riga now. There is still a bit confusion with Sydney.
The flight was on time *and as on some other flight...some..I guess Germans where clapping after touch down... uhhhh.

Anyway, I guess there will be an upcoming change within my favorite airline. As by today I found out, priority boarding doesnt come for free with web/check in, since may.... luckily I booked this flight before...but not my last one argggggggg

But the best thing, the hostel is AMAZING. free internet free breakfast, linen and towel. and nice rooms. and it's still the cheapest I ever stayed in.
However, the weather is quite British.

... war natürlich auch sehr schön, obwohl ich im Kopf noch Freischiessen hatte.
Und die VDE Tombola lief nicht so gut wie letztes Jahr.

Freischiessen

So, Freischiessen ist auch vorbei, zwei Tage und an denen mit allen gut Lütje Lagen getrunken.
War nett alle wiederzusehen, war ja immerhin 6 Monate her. Aber gefühlt eher wie zwei Wochen.naja.
Schlimmere Ausfälle gab es auch nicht, es blieb auf einem Freischiessen üblichen Niveau. Leiter schweint aber Lütje Lagen zu verschwinden, es wird zunehmenst ein Fanta Derivat mit Korn getrunken. Letztes Jahr noch in der Minderheit, kam es diesmal vor das man bei der Bestellung eines Meters Lütja Lagen gefragt wurde " mit Bier oder Fanta".... naja... dass das Bier ja Lütje Lagen heißt, und damit die Frage hinfälligt ist verärgerte insbesondere einen der angehenden Anwälte.
Die zweite Sache die mir aufgefallen ist, wie jedes Jahr eigentlich. Die Leute die da rumlaufen werden immer, ich sags mal voorsichtig "bekloppter".... und jedes Jahr denke ich mir es kann nicht schlimmer werden, aber das Jahr darauf wird dennoch getoppt.

Jetzt gehts jedenfalls erstmal weiter für mich, moregn steht der 11te Flug des Jahres an, von Bremen aus gehts nach Riga..... nach Deutschland komme ich wieder am 24ten Juli.
Ich habe dieses Jahr sicherlich mehr Zeit an Board irgendeines Flugzeugs verbracht als in einem Pkw.. mit Bus könnt knapp werden, aber ich denke der Bus liegt doch in Führung.
Und eines musste ich wieder Feststellen, bei Tuifly Flügen kotzt es mich doch recht an wie lange lange lange, das doch immer dauert... vom Zeitpunkt an dem der Flieger kommt, bis man einlich drauf darf..dann endlich drauf ist.... und es endlich losgeht..........
Aber ich muss sagen, der Flug am Freitag mit denenm von MAN-HAJ war unschlagbar günstig £18.99 , das wär mit RyanAir im Leben nicht so billig gewesen (20kg und am Schalter einchecken)
Aber am angenehmsten fand ich immer noch den Flug mit EasyJet (PRG-EMA)... komplett englische Crew... und als die Hauptflugbegleiterin eine Durchsage machte ..."und wenn sie noch was brauchen, sagen sie mir bescheid" (oder so ähnlich).... da brach gelächter in den ersten Reihen aus..
Ich musste da auch instantan an den Witz mit dem Nierentee denken.

Jedenfalls alles Gute euch allen, bis in drei Wochen
