die zeit

ja die zeit vergeht

now is already a week gone since stephan arrived here..... and also the project has been handed in for more than a week... and in less then 3 weeks I'm flying home, less than 2 weeks Flora leaves....somewhat between 2&3 most of my flatmates leave... and a most friends leave as well.......
feels kind of wiered, actually time here is over... but it doesn feel like that... and yet there are quite a few tasks left to be done, done by me.
Feels like a time inbetween, inbetween here and there. nothing and everything.
And honestly you dont know whom you may or may not see again...............

Last nigth I was clubbing, I cant remember when the last time was before. Dominik called me, the reason was he is leaving, or has leaft by now. It was a nice evening though. And really good feeling to be under Germans.

Stephans Visit

Well, after all the paper writing is was nice to have a German friend around. Stephan stayed for 4 days here after doing some other travel in Germany. For further details vistit http://docfreixenet.blogspot.com/
The program included a guided university tour, castle visit, wollaton park, fish&chips, pub, traditional english breakfast and a boat tour.
We also extended a 30min meeting with Sarah (Aki, http://autumnymph.blogspot.com/) to a 12hour extremely nice day with her and her flatmates/friends, including Dr. Punsh also know as Subha. Where I still deeply regret not beeing able to pronounce her name in a way that wont hurt (literally).

will I end up in hell?

...another sainsbury experience.

I bought some beer today, the cheap one, market brand. but it taste quite good and has less alc
I had two bitter and two lager, 4er
As they look quite similar, I decided to put the cheaper ones first on the conveyor, just in case....
The fact that the cashier was a trainee firmed my decision.
And as I later checked the receipt, it was deeply confirmed.

The interesting thing is that the bill add up to £6.66

"the project"

I just handed in my paper, and it came to an end quite unspectacular.
I furthermore realized that I had just partly fun with the work.
Before handing in, there was printing today. First I had the charge my account with some money. The guy who handled this looked really funny. The printing went not as it was supposed to be. The printer had added some additional pixels to my paper...... due to that I got pretty much fcuked up. Howerver not angry fucked up, it was more a kind of I-dont-care fucked up.
So I decided not to print some pages in colour. (note: colour printing here is not as easy as in germany, u cannot choose just a colour printer....) anyway...
I also thougth that the paper should apper consitent, adn a few coloured pages inbetween the other additional pixel crap ones wouldnt look that way. Right? RIGHT!!!
And (what came later to my mind) its also more the Brithish lalalal way, of doing things not as accurat as could be....

Ja, in the end I even didnt take a close look at the pritout. Guess I might not so convinced with the work and just want to get done with it.

I really would say no it is out of my hands not. But it isnt. There will be still some talk with my supervisor and moderator. And I also ned to give a final presentation..... so powerpoint is waiting.......but not today.

Well, thats was day, at least the beginning of it.........

PC Lab TowerBuilding

Currently I have to spend quite alot time in the 'Lab'... PC's which have MATLAB installed.
Not that the Lab is just available from 9sth , depending when one of the two lazy PC admins arrives to open the room. somestimes just half the pc's will be switched on from the beginning.
The lab closes, i.e. the power is switched off 16.50 mo-thu and 16.20 fr... that seems to be 10min to their end of shift.
But the two seems and are extremely unfriendly. They act like they were the king of everything... but these poor little guys may dont have anything else in live.
Once of of the wankers botherd me coz I was drinking sth in the room. Normally u can drink everywhere, even in the library if u sit on a pc and have books to read, also in lecture rooms. In these rooms are no drinking signs but even the lecturers drink sth.
Today the same fucking wanker botherd a black fellow student, coz he had his notebook cable lying across the floor... and then he alo said, that ever cable plugged in has to be proved.
blabal.... probably coz of ther poor wireing
Anyway... maybe its something about pc admins that they have to be unfriednly, maybe its also in ther job requirement.

But you would never find such unfriendly personal in Germany.

-----------
Before SG complains, he appears to be a quite friendly pc admin as far as I can say.

Now the guy came up with maybe his supervisor, which seems to be more friendly, and they asked an asian student to remove his unproved plug.....

Vieles ist halt doch besser in Deutschland.
many things are better in Germany, things u are not aware of.... things you take for granted...
but the sure arent!

the most valuable asset

sure damn..........there might be different answers for everyone....

for me the most valuable asset are friends.

they keep u up if u are down.
u can have fun.
enjoy ur time.
talk about thinks.
and much more.

and if u r lucky, friendship last forever....

----------
the difficult thing about is to destinguish friends from ppl
and that is fcukn hard.
u may know many ppl yet few are friends.
